We strongly recommend using Apple Maps or What 3 Words is advisable.
From the North
M42 – M5 – A38 to Plymouth/Torquay. Take the exit to Kingsteignton/Teign Valley/Bovey Tracey/B3193 and turn right onto B3344 towards Bovey Tracey (House of Marbles/Make Southwest). Continue to follow the B3344 until you reach the island with Bovey Tracey Fire Station on. Take the first left onto B3387/Haytor. Bear left to Haytor. Continue on B3387 past the National Park Visitor Centre (on the left), Haytor (on the right) towards Widecombe in the Moor.
If you have a horse box see the additional instructions from this point onwards.
Just before the Old Inn Pub follow the road around to the left past Widecombe in the Moor Primary School. Just after the school take the first right to Southcombe and drive up the steep hill. Dashel Cottage will be the first property on your right.
From the South
A30 – A38 to Plymouth/Torquay then follow directions as per from the North.

Sat navigation systems using our postcode will take you to our neighbours at Watergate.
However, if just in case you find yourself at Watergate, carry on past Watergate, ensuring it is on the right-hand side. At the next crossroads, there is a white cross, take the right-hand turn (note it is a narrow lane with knobbly trees) you can fit a 7.5 ton lorry down here, don’t panic!). Follow the lane for approx. 400 yards and Dockwell Farm is the first property on the left. Dashel Cottage is the third property on the left and is attached to Dockwell Farm and Brimble Cottage. Parking is located on the right.

Horse Box Directions
Just before the Old Inn Pub follow the road around to the left past Widecombe in the Moor Primary School, then continue straight on.
You will pass the left turn to Ashburton and four cottages on the right. Take the next right-hand turn. Take the first left, then at the crossroads, the first right (you will see a white cross in front of you). Follow the lane for approx. 400 yards and Dockwell Farm is the first property on the left. Parking for your horsebox is on the right-hand side by the gate. Please do not block the gate as this is the main access to your field/stables/yard for your horses.
