We just wanted to leave you a personal note of thanks. As your first guests at Dockwell Farm, we have had a wonderful and peaceful stay. We have loved hearing the guinea fowl, horse riders passing and the wonderful Dartmoor ponies in search of juicy grass.
Our welcome hamper was an unexpected joy which we have thoroughly appreciated throughout our stay and we have certainly enjoyed the unexpected good weather!

The perfect base to relax and switch off from the outside world. Super comfy beds and a lovely warm homely feel. We’ve enjoyed having a little yard to ourselves (sharing with the Guinea’s and George and Margaret the Geese!) meant the ponies have been able to settle and relax around all of our adventures and to the Flete Fun Ride.

Recommendations: Explore the fabulous moors and endless riding tracks available. Lots of wild ponies, sheep and cows to keep you entertained!

What a beautiful cottage!
Hopper and I were made to feel very welcome, thank you. Loved the complimentary drinks and snacks. Hopper has thoroughly enjoyed sniffing around in his own garden. Information pack was very useful, thanks Teresa.
Recommendations: The views from the moor never failed to take my breath away! I highly recommend watching the sunset from Haytor Rock; so beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast at Café on the Green was delicious. Rugglestone Inn was a gorgeous pub steeped in history, I enjoyed a lovely ploughmans platter.
