Please review our Terms & Conditions covering everything you need to know before booking your stay at Dockwell Farm. This includes pricing and payment (BACS), cancellation policy, and our limitation of liability.
A binding contract is formed once your deposit is received, with full payment required one month before arrival. Cancellations with less than one month’s notice are subject to a partial refund only. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.
Yard Health & Safety Rules
All guests and associated parties using the yard, stables, fields and facilities at Dockwell Farm must follow our Yard & Safety Rules.
These cover yard access, general conduct, horse care, turnout procedures, and riding rules — including safety standards, insurance requirements, and riding restrictions.
Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Dogs are not permitted without prior permission.
Riders Waiver Form
All riders bringing horses on holiday to Dockwell Farm are required to complete and sign our Rider Waiver Form prior to riding on the land. By signing, you acknowledge the inherent risks of handling and riding horses, confirm you hold valid horse and rider insurance (including public liability), and agree to ride only in designated areas in suitable conditions.
You also release E.T. Pickworth & Son Limited from liability for personal injury, death or property damage arising from your activities on site.
